As of now, I'm a college-bound semi-otaku who loves anime and manga of all sorts, is always willing to learn, and loves graphic art. I'm also a Production Assistant for a feature-length action-horror film with the company EZM Productions. I'm also a Production Assistant at our local Shakespeare Company.
I quite enjoy messing around with Photoshop Elements (not the real thing, for I have none of the money ;_;) These icons are examples of what I usually end up doing with my free time...that and reading. And Kung Fu. And movie-making. And classes. So yeah. Not as much time for icons lately as I would like...but what can y'do? :P
Sagittarian-incarnate, I skip merrily to the beat of an almost scarily different drum. ^_~

2-All bases are available upon request. If I post a textless icon, and you use it, credit is awesome. If you use it as a base for your own icon, you can always say I made the base if you were to post the icon anywhere. >3
3-Requests. Requests are always open, though I have to warn you, some might take longer to make than others. I ask you to pleasepleaseplease include a link to a picture, though if it's from an anime you know I do already, I /might/ be willing to overlook that. Keep em coming!
